If you weren’t aware, Jeff Bezos is a badass. The Amazon CEO sat down for an interview last week with David Rubenstein, co-founder and co-executive chairman of The Carlyle Group, at the Economic Club in Washington D.C. to give his best success secrets.

During the 70-minute chat, Bezos gave some serious inspo and tips for how to succeed in business. He prioritizes eight hours of sleep, eats breakfast with his family every day, always trusts his intuition and more. No wonder so many of us want to be like Bezos — he seems to have it all figured out. #Goals

Bezos also announced his plans for donating $2 billion. The money will go toward non-profits that are working to end homelessness, plus building and operating a network of free preschools in low-income areas. He also put an end to the constant wondering of when the location of Amazon’s second headquarters will be announced — it’ll be by the end of the year folks, so hang tight. [Swirled]
