Starbucks Rolls Out Two New Cold Drinks That Aren’t Frappuccinos
Have you had your fill of Frappuccinos for the summer? If so, you’ll be excited to hear that Starbucks just added two new cold drinks to its menu. Starting Tuesday, July 10, you’ll see the Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew and the Iced Vanilla Bean Coconutmilk Latte on coffee chain’s menu.
The salted cream, which costs $3.95 for a grande, takes advantage of the new Starbucks cold foam (a rich and creamy layer that’s perfect for all of your iced coffee drinks). You can expect this flavor to taste like a caramel-flavored cold brew with salted creamy foam on top. It’s reminiscent of salted caramel ice cream and we’re on board.
The Iced Vanilla Bean Coconutmilk Latte, which costs $4.95 for a grande, is an iced vanilla bean latte made with coconut milk. It’s pretty straightforward, but it’s nice to see Starbucks embracing the dairy-free milk on its official menu.
We’re all about Starbucks adding a little bit of saltiness to its sugary menu and playing with non-dairy milk. Take advantage of these new cool drinks while the summer heat is still in full swing.
