Fruitsicle Beers Could Be This Summer’s New Rosé

@oddsideales

The beer world just got a fruity addition and it might become your new go-to summer libation. A Michigan brewery, Odd Side Ales, has rolled out a new line of Fruitsicle beers, which are available starting April 7 at the brewery in Grand Haven, Michigan. The Fruitsicle beers come in two flavors: Black and Blueberry, and Strawberry.

These Fruitsicle beers have a bright fruit flavor, a little bit of a sour taste and light carbonation. Compared to other fruity beers out there, Odd Side Ales’ beer isn’t overly sweet, but it’ll give you a light fruity flavor that’s perfect for people learning how to like beer. This American Wild Ale has an ABV of 4.5 percent so you can sip on a few without getting too buzzed.

This light beer is made with a fruit puree and it’s brewed with lactose to give it a creamy mouthfeel. Added to the brewing process is a little bit of sour beer to brighten it up and give it an overall more balanced taste. While Fruitsicle beers are only available in Michigan at the moment, we’re hoping these fruity drinks make it to stores around the country soon.
