Start with plié squats, in which you stand with your feet wider than your hips and your toes turned out to a 45-degree angle. 7. What to Eat: Raspberry And Coconut Chia Pudding
This easy, delicious raspberry, coconut and chia pudding is brunch-worthy and Instagrammable. (Basically, you just hit the breakfast jackpot.) Blend raspberries, honey, lemon juice and coconut milk, and then mix in the chia seeds. Cover it and let it chill overnight.
