Clever cocktails by head mixologist Bruno Dias take center stage with highlights like the Golden Eye, incorporating chocolate bitters and cold brew; the Bad Hombre with tequila, bison grass vodka, and yogurt; and the Chris P. Bacon which combines bacon fat washed Midori, lemon, and sour melon
