- Tucked away in the back of Torst, Daniel Burns’ extensive Danish beer bar, you’ll find his nordic restaurant, Luksus. The restaurant offers a single tasting menu for $125 that you can pair with beer ($55)
- If you’re a vegan, you’re out of luck. While Luksus can adapt the tasting menu to suit vegetarian and pescatarian diets, the team cannot do the same for a vegan diet
- The chef, Daniel Burns, worked at The Fat Duck as well as Noma, the on-again, off-again best restaurant in the world, in Europe before working for David Chang in the Momofuku test kitchen
