LinkedIn recently released its list of the top 50 startups in 2018. From tech companies and financial apps to some really sweet brands that we love, the list is full of some awesome organizations that could make work a little more fun.

According to LinkedIn’s editor in chief Daniel Roth, the list was compiled after combing through data from the “billions of actions generated by LinkedIn’s 575 million members.” Then, the team considered four factors in particular: employee growth, jobseeker interest, member engagement with the company and its employees, and how well the startups on the list recruited employees from other top LinkedIn companies.

In order to be considered for the list, companies must be private companies located in the United States, be 7 years old or younger and have teams of at least 50 people.

If you’re someone who loves wearing multiple hats, getting a ton of experience at a young age or experiencing the rush of a growing company, then these startups might be for you. Here are the top 10 that made this year’s list.
