Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana — which has three Michelin stars and is the reigning best restaurant in the world — has teamed up with Brazil’s David Hertz in the hopes of using the leftover food from the Olympic Village to create at least 5,000 meals a day for the country’s homeless.
