Get Ready For Eataly Flatiron’s Pizza Tantrum

In a bid to steal some of the shine back from its younger sibling in the Financial District, Eataly is throwing a month-long “pizza tantrum” at its Flatiron flagship.

From August 8 to September 11, chefs at Eataly Flatiron will be serving pizza across every menu in every ground-floor restaurant.

If you’d like to get involved in the pizza tantrum, sign up for Eataly’s focaccia-making class ($35) on September 1 and learn how to make focaccia al rosmarino, a staple of Italian cooking and a pizza dough you’ll be able to use for the rest of your life.

Eataly Flatiron is also hosting hands-on pizza-making classes ($125) with Rossopomodoro on September 14 and 28.
