Frozen Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 6 oz. (or half a 12 oz. bag) of your favorite chocolate chips (we prefer dark!)
- 1 Tbsp. hot chocolate mix
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups ice
- Optional whipped cream, chocolate fudge and leftover chocolate chips
Instructions
Add the chocolate to a large bowl and microwave on half power for about two minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Take out of the microwave once fully melted and add the hot chocolate mix, sugar, milk and heavy cream. Stir until combined, then add to a blender or food processor with ice. Blend until completely incorporated, then pour into glasses or mugs and top with optional whipped cream, fudge and/or extra chocolate chips.
