You get to choose between tastings, intimate dinners with world-renowned chefs, late-night parties, hands-on classes, seminars, wine tastings and a ton more. Winos, this one is for you. The fall edition of the Brooklyn Crush Wine and Food Festival takes place at Industry City. It’ll feel like hopping on a quick flight from Brooklyn to the Napa Valley of East Coast. You get to sample a wide selection of global wines, ciders and other drinks along with hors-d’oeuvres. Rosendale International Pickle Festival — Rosendale, New York

November 18

If you feel like taking a road trip upstate this fall and you love all things sour, the Rosendale International Pickle Festival just might be what you’re looking for. It’s on the low-key side, held in large tents, and it’s happening rain or shine. The pickle festival hosts about 100 vendors (20 to 25 of those are pickle vendors specifically) along with crafts and hot food vendors. Admission is $5 per person and kids can go for free.
