You Can Invent The Next Oreo Flavor And Win $500,000

Oreo lovers, your ultimate opportunity has arrived. A contest to create your own Oreo is underway, so if you have the best idea for the next sandwich cookie creation, you need to enter…pronto.

With all of Oreo’s delicious and sometimes…interesting…flavors, it may seem impossible to think of a new genius variation. But Oreo believes in you, and so do we.

There are three ways to enter the contest, which lasts until July 14, according to the official rules. As of May 25, you can submit ideas with this form. Or, starting now, you can text your idea to 59526 or post it to social media with the hashtags #MyOREOCreation and #contest.

In other Oreo news, the company confirmed the release of two new flavors to its empire of tasty creations. Waffles&Syrup Oreos, which are available exclusively at Albertson’s, feature maple cream stuffed between waffle-flavored cookies. Firework Oreos — sandwich cookies packed with popping candy — are also on shelves.
