Do you work at a great place? Well, you may think it is, but does it have an official ranking on the World’s Best Workplaces list for 2018? Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work to build their list of 25 companies. To be eligible the company has to apply and be named to a minimum of 5 national Best Workplaces lists, have 5,000 employees or more worldwide, and at least 40 percent of the company’s workforce (or 5,000 employees) must be based outside of the home country.

Salesforce came in at No. 1 for the second year in a row. In addition to being very supportive of its employees in many different ways (flexible schedules, childcare), it has become known for its 1-1-1 philanthropy model, which puts 1 percent of the company’s equity, 1 percent of its product and 1 percent of its employees’ time to give back to communities all over the world. An employee told Fortune, “There is a sense of inspiration that comes from the leadership taking strong positions on social issues and making volunteerism such a key part of our culture. This sustains us during the difficult times.”

Hilton jumped seven spots to take the No.2 slot, making it the only hospitality company in the top 10. In addition to parental leave, adoption assistance, GED support, and discounted stays at Hilton properties around the world, employees also receive exclusive travel perks, and there are a variety of volunteer programs supporting Hilton’s corporate responsibility mission, Travel with Purpose.

And Mars Inc. came in at No. 3.  One employee told Fortune, it is really all about the great company culture. They told the magazine, “All of our desks are open layout, and everyone is like a family in this together. We have the freedom to come and go as we please and no one is micro-managing us or checking to make sure we are doing what is expected.”
