Amazon’s Alcohol Delivery Service Is Coming To 11 More Cities

It’s safe to say that Amazon has been killing it recently. In addition to significantly slashing Whole Foods prices (so that us peasants can shop there on the reg), the company announced that its alcohol delivery service is expanding to 11 more cities across the U.S. Yep, our day is made.

Delish reports that the service, which up until now has only been available in Seattle, Washington, can now be used by Prime members in the following cities:

  • Cincinnati, Indiana
  • Chicago, Illinois
  • Columbus, Ohio
  • Los Angeles, California
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • New York City, New York
  • Phoenix, Arizona
  • Portland, Oregon
  • Richmond, Virginia
  • San Diego, California
  • San Francisco Bay Area, California

The service allows you to order beer, wine and liquor to be delivered from local grocery stores. The best part? If you’re willing to wait two hours after placing your order online, there is no delivery fee. If you can’t wait that long, you’ll just have to pay a flat $7.99 fee.

We’d say the news is just another reason why everyone should get Amazon Prime. We know we’re sold.
