If your idea of the perfect dessert is a big, melty s’more with tons of marshmallow, XO Marshmallow, the first-ever all-marshmallow café, is for you.

Yes, this is real life. No, we will not pinch you because we’d rather just take you there to show you it’s legit.

The café, which is opening in June in the Rogers Park-neighborhood of Chicago, will be part-espresso café, part retail shop.

Menu items include s’mores, taco s’mores, marshmallow pops and toasted marshmallow lattes. From the shop, you can buy marshmallows in bulk and choose between the classic and over-the-top marshmallow flavors like champagne and lavender honey. Homemade caramel sauce and hot chocolate mixes are also available for purchase.
