Each blend is made from carefully selected coffee beans that are rehydrated using a special housemade red wine, which is created solely for Molinari by local Napa Valley wineries. The rehydrated beans are then dried and roasted and the final result is alcohol-free (sorry you won’t get a morning buzz), rich and full-bodied coffee that can satisfy red wine cravings without giving you a hangover. If you use a French press, you’ll taste an emphasis on its fruity blueberry notes. Just like an aged red wine, the longer you let MPR rest before you drink it, the more intense the flavors will become.
