Wildair Is Contra’s Cool Little Brother

[tw-divider]The Scoop[/tw-divider]
- The second restaurant from Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske, Wildair, like Contra, is a restaurant that looks to the seasonality of food as the inspiration to update their menu as often as the chefs feel like it
- Unlike Contra, Wildair serves the menu a la carte, and does not take reservations. It’s a longer menu that offers the kind of dishes that make you resolve to start your own garden: radish and seaweed butter, fried squid with spring onion and basil, persimmon and butternut squash
- You can get one of three cocktails (negroni, Americano spritz, or gin and tonic) or choose from the restaurant’s excellent natural wine list
