This Vodka-Infused Pizza Is Perfect For Happy Hour

The Philadelphia outpost of Scarpetta, an Italian fine dining restaurant, is infusing its pizza with vodka for the price of a regular cocktail. The restaurant teamed up with a local distillery Stateside Urbancraft Vodka to make this vodka- infused pizza, which is honestly the ideal boozy collaboration.

The only catch — you have to be 21 or older to order it.

The dough itself is infused with vodka and layered with vodka-infused mozzarella cheese, a vodka blush sauce and sun-dried tomatoes. If you order this booze-spiked pizza during happy hour, it’ll run you $6. Any other time, it costs $10.

While you probably won’t get buzzed from the pizza — the alcohol in the vodka will most likely burn off when it enters the 800-degree oven — this pie is bound to be delicious no matter what. If you’re already a penne alla vodka fan, this pie is right up your alley.
