RECETA DE LA SEMANA/ Nivel de dificultad ++ Hoy les dejo una receta que hice hace bastante tiempo y hace muy poco publiqué en el nuevo menú de @nininabakery. #BEETMARTINI 50 ml Vodka 15 ml Maraschino 20 ml jugo de remolacha 20 ml jugo de pomelo rojo Un chorrito de jarabe neutro En una coctelera agregamos todos los ingredientes, hielo y batimos enérgicamente hasta sentir escarchado el metal. Servimos en una copa previamente refrescada y para terminar apretamos una piel de pomelo liberando el aceite esencial sobre la copa. Tip/ si desean lograr una espuma espesa y mejor textura en este cocktail, pueden agregar 1/2 clara de huevo y sumarla como un ingrediente más al momento de la preparación. Cheers!!
