We all have those moments when we check our inboxes, only to have to scroll through dozens of random emails and newsletters to find what we need. What’s worse: we think, eh, I’ll unsubscribe from these when I have time, and then never do it. Instead of drowning under the pile of random messages, it’s time to really take action. And no, we’re not suggesting you manually unsubscribe from each one — that would take forever. Everyone welcome Unroll.Me, your new organization best friend.

Unroll.Me is a desktop tool and app (available for both iOS and Android) that sorts through your email to identify all of your subscriptions. In an instant, you’re shown every account that has you subscribed to its regular emails, and from there you can unsubscribe instantly from any you no longer want to receive.

The emails you decide to keep can either be left alone or grouped into a collective email, which the Unroll.Me platform calls its “rollup feature.” That means if you are subscribed to 10 food delivery emails, you can corral them into one big happy food newsletter. You can have rollups sent to your email daily at whatever time you choose.

While the tool is not only intuitive, but time-saving, we have to note that the app requires full access to your email account in order to perform its tasks. If you’re not comfortable having your personal information in the hands of a third party, take note of this downside. Otherwise, we’re kind of thrilled to not have hot messes for inboxes anymore. Thanks, Unroll.Me!
