Cauliflower knows no bounds when it comes to replacing your favorite carbs, and now, it’s stepping up its game even more. Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi is officially here, and you can find it in the store’s frozen section. We’re both excited and intrigued.

This new Italian creation from TJ’s is made with cauliflower, cassava flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. You can buy a pack of cauliflower gnocchi for just $2.69. The gnocchi contains 140 calories and 2 grams of protein per one-cup serving, and each bag includes approximately 2.5 servings.

These babies are meant to be cooked frozen, so you don’t have to worry about setting aside time for them to thaw out. You can cook them either in the microwave or get them nice and crispy on the stovetop with some olive oil, butter or your favorite sauce. It’ll only take you about 15 minutes or so from start to finish. (Or if you want to get a little fancy, here’s some tasty gnocchi inspiration.)

If you’re a gnocchi fan and excited about finding healthier versions of your favorite carbs, keep an eye out for cauliflower gnocchi in the frozen aisle the next time you’re at Trader Joe’s. Cauliflower strikes again!
