If you were (or are) a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle series, you’re gonna die over this Airbnb. It looks just like the original lair, and you won’t believe this: it’s free to stay for the night and it comes with free pizza. We know, it’s insane!

The Airbnb, which is located in New York City (specifically in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan), is a total steal. At $10 a night (a deposit you get back at the end of your stay), you get full use of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a glow-in-the-dark indoor basketball court, an arcade and more.

So how is this massive apartment so cheap? The anonymous owners of the Airbnb donate money to PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center for every person who stays. And they send free pizza delivery for every night you stay. Ummm yeah, pretty incredible.

Book a flight to New York City and head to Manhattan. Coordinate with the Airbnb hosts beforehand on when you’ll arrive so they can arrange a meet-up to hand you the keys. Note that you cannot have overnight guests past the six-person limit, and you can’t have any alcohol or drugs in the apartment. The Airbnb is family-friendly and welcomes couples, friends and families to stay.
