You Can Swim In A Pool Hidden In An Ancient Volcano

@earthspirit

What if we told you that you can swim in an almost 100-foot-deep crystal clear swimming hole inside an extinct volcano? We know, that’s a lot to take in. Well, get ready for this. The To-Sua Ocean Trench is for you whether you’re the adventurous type or not. It’s just too pretty to not see.

The To-Sua Ocean Trench is located in Apia, Samoa on the southeast coast of Upolu Island. The natural beauty is surrounded by lush forest life and sits in the center of a volcano. The crystal water hole is fed by the Pacific Ocean through underground canals and tunnels, so you’re not swimming in a stagnant pool. You can use the ladder to get down to the base or you can dive in since the water is 98 feet deep.

Though the volcano is 100 percent extinct, the view from the water makes you feel like you’re in the mouth of a gentle giant.
