This ‘Stranger Things’ Pop-Up Bar Will Give You The Ultimate Heebie Jeebies

@kellykellyh

If you were brave enough to watch the first season of “Stranger Things,” it’s time to take a trip to Chicago. This pop-up bar is bound to give you the creeps — in the best way possible, of course.

Chicagoist reports that the pop-up bar, fittingly named The Upside Down, opens on August 18 in Logan Square at 7 p.m. It will run through the end of September.

You’ll recognize decorated parts of the bar from familiar scenes like the Byers’ living room and, of course, “The Upside Down”. The drink menu will also be “Stranger Things”-themed with options like “Mouth Breather”, which is made with gin, ancho reyes, caramelized pineapple, lime and hellfire shrub. You can also indulge in two alcoholic slushie flavors and take selfies in front of the wall decked out in ABC string lights.

Bring your Eggos and twelve-sided dice. You’re gonna need it to get out of this pop-up bar alive.
