This Giant Meatball Stuffed With Spaghetti Will Make You Believe In Love At First Sight

Not sure how the Lady and The Tramp would feel about this one, but there’s a giant meatball stuffed with spaghetti and it’s pretty over-the-top. Instead of having a giant bowl of spaghetti and serving a bunch of meatballs alongside, this recipe has you create a giant meatball— with onions, parsley, garlic, eggs, water, salt, breadcrumbs and grated cheese — and stuff it with spaghetti and marinara sauce.

This version of the spaghetti-stuffed meatball tells you to pour the spaghetti into tin foil, form it into a ball and freeze it until it can hold its shape. The meatball mixture, which is about two pounds of beef, gets molded around the spaghetti. The giant meatball gets seared in a pan until it’s golden brown on all sides and then baked in the oven to finish it off.

The creators of the over-sized favorite at HellthyJunkFood put the giant meatball in the microwave to make sure all of the pasta is cooked before serving it.

The final ball gets smothered with extra sauce and parmesan cheese. So, maybe instead of cooking spaghetti and meatballs for everyone, you can serve up this beefy invention, hand your friends a few forks and have them go to town.
