It looks like 2017 is officially the year of rosé. We’ve seen it all — from forties of the sweet summer libation to guidance on finding the perfect bottle for you. We can’t say we’re surprised by what’s next, but we’re just as thrilled. Everyone, meet rosé ice cream.

Elite Daily reports that California ice cream shop Smitten Ice Cream is behind the alcoholic dessert. The spot paired up with Scribe Winery’s Una Lou Rosé to mix the wine into its signature ice cream recipe. The sweet treat also blends the subtle flavors of strawberry and grapefruit to keep the experience interesting.

The ice cream has about 3.5 percent ABV, so you could be feeling pretty good two scoops in.
