These Rainbow Korean Dumplings Are Beautiful And Definitely Worth A Trip To LA

@workaholic_usa

There’s a dumpling spot in Los Angeles turning out handcrafted, juicy rainbow dumplings and we can’t stop drooling over them.

Workaholic is one of the main vendors at the Los Angeles location of Smorgasburg, an open-air food market that’s open year-round on Sundays with close to 65 vendors. (The original Smorgasburg in Brooklyn is the largest weekly open-air food market in the country, with around 100 local vendors.) Workaholic makes gourmet all-natural Mandu Korean fusion dumplings in all kinds of beautiful colors.

Workaholic’s giant dumplings are made with 100-percent fresh, high-quality ingredients and no artificial coloring. These rainbow bundles of joy have crispy bottoms and skins colored with juice from vegetables like carrots, spinach and beets.

The dumpling flavors include shrimp with carrot juice dough, spicy pork and kimchi with beet juice dough, beef bulgogi with purple cabbage dough, chicken with coconut juice dough and veggie with spinach juice dough.

Oh, and don’t forget to dip your dumplings in the chef’s secret pickled onion sauce that takes a whopping two weeks to make!

You can check out Workaholic every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Los Angeles Smorgasburg. We’ll see you there.
