These Photos Prove Rainbow Corn Is The Most Beautiful Thing You’ll See This Fall

Just when we thought the produce-stocked tables at the farmers market couldn’t get any prettier, this amazing rainbow corn made its fall debut. This colorful crop, officially named glass gem corn, joins us from Oklahoma where farmer Carl Barnes crossed several different strains of seeds from Pawnee and Osage heirloom corn varieties to create this prism-like product.
