There’s A Poop Cafe In South Korea And It’s Weirdly Cute

There really are no more boundaries when it comes to how far people will go with food. Poop-themed restaurants and cafes are pretty popular throughout Asia. You have restaurants in Taiwan like Modern Toilet where you can eat your noodles, hot pots and ice cream sundaes out of toilet-shaped bowls and now there’s a poop cafe in Seoul, South Korea. 또옹카페, or poop cafe, seems to have made poop socially acceptable and even appetizing. All of your lattes and teas are served in tiny toilet-shaped mugs.

One of the most popular items on offer at the spot is the chocolate-filled poop-shaped bread, but there are also poop-shaped waffles and poop-shaped scones served with a side of strawberry jam in a squat toilet dish.

If quirky is your thing, you’ll definitely want to check out the poop cafe, but you’ll need to have a sense of humor. All of the decor around the cafe fits with the bathroom theme and you might even get plush poop-shaped pillows and hats with your order. You can even get your spaghetti served in a toilet. Since the lattes served in tiny ceramic toilets are probably the coolest thing on the menu, you’re better off going during the winter months.
