• Paulie Gee’s serves gourmet Neapolitan-style pies like the Arugula Shmoogla (tomatoes, baby arugula, olive oil, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano), Ricotta Be Kiddin’ Me (mozzarella, Canadian bacon, sweet Italian fennel sausage, basil, and ricotta), and Porkypineapple (tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmigiano, house-pickled pineapple, and speck)
• Paulie’s also has a separate menu of vegan pizzas with names like Vegan Grapeful Dead, Jackie Green, and Red, White, and Greenpeace
• There’s pizza for dessert too, if you’re so inclined, or you can pick an ice cream from Van Leeuwen. Paulie Gee’s does not take reservations
