After a long day of exploring the best of Paris, you want to put your feet up with some wine in the bath. And at this cafe, you can do just that – just with the bubbles in your glass instead of the tub.

Pavillon Des Canaux is a coffee shop/bar/cafe/party spot in northeastern Paris with some of the best decor in the entire stylish city. Not your average French bistro, this place has a room and a menu for every mood.

So here’s why this far-out cafe is so high up on our list of Paris favs. We think you’re going to fall in love, too.

The chic house cafe is so off the tourist path.

Pavillon des Canaux is tucked way up north in super hip Canal St. Martin.

It’s right on the water – and no, not the Seine.

The underrated canals in the north of Paris are so much cooler than the banks of the Seine.

The aesthetic is everything you want your apartment to be.

Seriously, home goals.

Every room in the house is yours to explore.

And to envy. Because seriously, how can we make our place look like this?

It looks totally casual from the outside.

Although their patio game is still on point.

But inside is where the wacky magic happens.

You know the stereotypical Parisian with effortless style? Yeah, they hang out here.

They have parties in the kitchen.

The DJ spins tunes on the stove.

You can get a tattoo in this delicate bedroom.

Yes, a real tattoo.

Or revamp your style with a quick trim in the bathroom.

Walk out with a new ‘do, Parisian-style.

And don’t you just want to snuggle up in this tub?

With a coffee, some sweets and a good book. Or maybe just some French wine.

The food spread is pretty legit.

The treats are made by hand right onsite.

But this is clearly the best seat in the house.

Brunch in a bathtub is now on our to-do list.

Cheers to this quirky spot!

We promise the metro ride away from the city center is 100 percent worth it.
