Nights And Weekends Features West Indies-Inspired Eats And Rum Cocktails

[tw-divider]The Scoop[/tw-divider]

  • Nights and Weekends — a Caribbean/Latin-American neighborhood joint at the tip of McCarren Park — is constantly packed with locals brunching inside the triangle-shaped space with a warehouse-meets-Havana vibe, between Bedford and Nassau Avenues
  • From the creators of Greenpoint’s Five Leaves, Nights and Weekends has a strong sense of community: it’s a prime spot for people watching, day drinking, eating outside with your dog, and enjoying Caribbean-inspired cocktails. When it’s nice out they open a coffee window, and during the evenings, expect a lively bar scene
  • Cure the Sunday scaries with a frozen margarita or Silky Johnson, a Juicy Lucia burger (queso oaxaca oozing from the middle of a beef patty), avocado toast (an entire perfectly ripe avocado smashed onto 7 grain bread with aleppo pepper and chimichurri), and the classic Cubano, from their brunch menu

Before you try and impress your friends with this Greenpoint staple, you’ll need cash. Conveniently right outside the restaurant, you’ll find an ATM hidden in an old-school London-style phone booth. Nights and Weekends has an “All-Day” menu and they’re open everyday from 6pm-3am (12am on Sundays)
