Starbucks Rolls Out A New Menu With Gluten-Free And Vegan Items
If you follow a vegan or gluten-free diet, going to a coffee shop has traditionally meant getting coffee or tea, but nothing else because all the food choices include flour or cream. That misfortune ends now with the release of the new Starbucks menu.
In a press release on March 21, Starbucks added 11 new items to its menu, seven at participating stores and four nation-wide.
The stars of this menu, a gluten-free option and a vegan option, look tasty AF. The gluten-free breakfast sandwich below features cherrywood-smoked bacon, peppered egg patty and reduced-fat white cheddar on a gluten-free roll.
To join the current assortment of vegan bagels, this sprouted grain bagel is topped with whole grain oats, brown and golden flax, wheat and sunflower seeds.
