You Can Visit This Ultra-Adorable Sloth Sanctuary

Raise your hand if you choke up at the sight of sloths. Yeah, us too. They’re beyond adorable, and if you’ve ever had the chance to hang with a bunch of them… Oh wait, you actually can. This Costa Rican sanctuary offers the ultimate opportunity to see and play with sloths.

Purewow reports that Nayara Resort, Spa & Gardens staffers offer complimentary tours through the sanctuary for guests twice a week. The sanctuary was founded after the resort planted 300 new Cecropia trees on the property.

Staffers started noticing over 15 sloths hanging in the trees and decided to start the official sanctuary.

If you don’t feel super comfortable walking under a bunch of sloths hanging in trees, you can still spot the sloths from the beach and from other parts of the resort. We wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to chill with these cute little babies.
