Natural Pink Chocolate Exists And We’re Obsessed
It’s 2017, so this may not exactly come as a shock, but someone figured out how to make pink chocolate. We are living for it. All-natural and made without any food dye, this chocolate may just rock your world. We know it’s rocking ours, and we haven’t even tried it yet.
PureWow reports that Barry Callebaut, the chocolate company behind the rosy-hued treat, is the world’s largest cocoa producer. If anyone could create the chocolate, it’s this company.
The chocolate is reported to taste like berries with a sweet-and-sour taste. Barry Callebaut makes the chocolate by using ruby cocoa beans and processing it in a unique way that preserves the natural color of the beans. The company is fittingly calling the chocolate Ruby Chocolate.
There’s no news yet on when or where the chocolate will be distributed, or how much it will cost, but we’re excited to get our hands on some if we have the chance.
