These spicy frog’s legs are all kinds of juicy. Their texture is like a tender marriage of chicken and fish without being overly meaty. At Bosscat, the legs are buttermilk battered and deep-fried, covered in fiery Nashville hot sauce and served with spicy and sweet cayenne butter on white bread. The legs are then topped with pickle chips and presented in mini, individually-sized cast iron pans. An order will run you $12.
