• The tiki cocktails are strong and the menu is inspired by the flavors of Polynesia, from chef Daphne Cheng, founder of New York City’s vegan supper club ThreeOhSix
• Once you visit Mother of Pearl, you’ll be back to try the whole cocktail menu, we promise. But on your first visit, try the Shark Eye (bourbon with passion fruit and tiki bitters) and the Sugar Cane Magik (Ron Zacapa 23, coconut cream, and pineapple)
