[tw-divider]The Scoop[/tw-divider]
- This farm-to-table take on Thai food is the latest concept from partners Rupert Noffs and Matty Bennett, who formerly cooked at The Fat Radish
- The menu features crisp pork belly with palm sugar caramel and chile vinegar; grilled squid with sunchokes, coconut and shaved bottarga; green curry of vegetables with pickled mustard greens, and other takes on Thai street food and traditional curries
- In an effort to maintain the restaurant’s locally sourced theme, the team has decorated the space with items they’ve found within a three-block radius of The Lucky Bee

A dollar from each drink purchase goes towards supporting the New York City Beekeepers Association; the partners hope to eventually raise bees of their own on the roof
