2 lbs Lobster meat
2 lbs Cream cheese
1/2 cup Chives
1/2 cup Scallions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
2. Combined lobster, cream cheese, chives, scallions, lemon zest, together and season to taste
2. Place into center of wontons, and fold
Bake the wontons until golden brown, usually around 12 to 15 minutes.
