The World’s Largest Deliverable Pizza Can Feed 70 People

You know when someone’s hosting a party and has to order 10 or more boxes of pizza to feed everyone and it’s still somehow not enough? The Los Angeles pizzeria chain Big Mama’s and Papa’s Pizzeria created the ultimate solution. Dubbed the “largest pizza commercially available” by Guinness World Records, the “Giant Sicilian” pie can feed between 50 to 70 people. This monstrous pie is 54 inches by 54 inches and it’s priced at $249.99.

The Giant Sicilian is pretty much the exact size of the oven it’s cooked in (the restaurant custom built the oven around the famous pie) and the pizzeria has custom boxes to accommodate its size. It’s cut into 200 square slices, so it’s perfect for any kind of party, or maybe even a rave or small wedding.

It takes four pizza professionals to make this pie with over 20 lbs of dough, over 1.5 gallons of tomato sauce and somewhere around 12 pounds of mozzarella cheese. You can customize the pizza any way you want and the finished product weighs over 40 pounds. If you’re looking for extra cheese, you’re gonna have to break out an extra $30 or more.

Big Mama’s and Papa’s Pizzeria has close to 20 locations in the Los Angeles area. If you’re ever wondering about how to feed a crowd, the Giant Sicilian sounds like the perfect plan.
