This Glass-Bottomed Pool Will Make You Feel Like You’re Swimming In The Sky

If you’re one of those people who thrive on adrenaline, you should get to Houston ASAP and take a dip in this glass-bottomed pool 500 feet above street level. Just imagine wading into an infinity pool and seeing a major city just below your feet. Gulp.
The pool, which is the city’s first glass-bottomed pool and the highest in the entire state of Texas, is part of Market Square Tower, a residential building. The glass bottom extends 10 feet off the side of the building, making you feel like you’re literally walking on air.
Unfortunately, only residents of the building have access to the pool, but that doesn’t mean you can’t stand outside and wait to make friends with residents, right?!
Well, we can hope.
If you do make it into the building and decide you’re not ready for the insane views, the tower has a fourth floor pool way less intimidating. We vote to go big, though. (Or should we say, go high.)
