Meet Buster Posey Presutti, COO at Hotel Nikko San Francisco. He’s the Canine Operating Officer – in charge of doggie cuddles and kisses, and bringing puppy love to all the hotel’s guests.

If you’re lucky, you can meet Buster right when you walk into the hotel. Sometimes he helps out at the front desk, greeting visitors. Once you reach your room, you’ll find a nice fluffy plush pup with a card explaining Buster’s role.

While you can buy the stuffed pup for around $30, you can also request a visit from the real deal (just call the number on the card and the hotel’s staff will check his schedule).

Your scheduled playtime with Buster will be outside on the roof, where you can play fetch, jump around or just pet him. Have your own canine visiting? Buster would love to make a dog friend. There’s even a puppy special on the hotel’s VIP floor (Very Important Pet floor) that includes a dog bed, dog bowl and dog treats.

When Buster’s schedule gets too busy, his mini-me Tamago comes out to play. That’s right, there are two precious puppers at Hotel Nikko ready to make your stay adorable.
