Hilton Debuts Hotel Rooms With Private Gyms

Keeping up your regular fitness routine while traveling can seem nearly impossible. Thankfully, times are changing. Airlines are catching onto the idea of in-flight gyms. And now, the hotel industry is one-upping them. Hilton debuted private gyms in rooms at its Parc 55 San Francisco hotel.

Shape reports that the hotel rooms include an indoor cycling bike, provided by British company Wattbike, a touch-screen fitness kiosk with 200+ workout videos and instructions and a training station. You also get access to medicine balls, a Bosu ball, resistance bands, a foam roller and a yoga ball.

Bonus: you won’t have to work out on a harsh rug burn-inducing floor. The gym area has “performance sports flooring,” according to the hotel website.

With amenities like this, there’s no reason you can’t get a good workout during your vacay or work trip. There’s no need to head down to a ground floor, stuffy communal gym. What’s better than having equipment at your finger tips?.

We’d die to stay in one of these rooms (wink wink, Parc 55).
