Dog people, we have the best idea: we all fly to Finland to the Hetta Husky Sanctuary and play with pups for the rest of our lives. Is that good with you?

But for real, Lapland, Finland is home to the biggest husky sanctuary in the world. We actually cannot contain our joy.

The sanctuary welcomes visitors year-round and has a ton of activities you can participate in with the dogs. You can take the dogs out sledding like a true Nordic musher and go on short dog safaris, which allow you to tour the massive farm with huskies at your side. Courses on husky care are on offer. And there’s even a dog hotel. So if you want to bring your pup on a short vacation, he or she can stay onsite for a small fee.

Basically, this place is heaven for dogs and dog lovers. You can spend quality time with the pups and chill or go on an excursion. Sounds like the perfect experience to us.
