Today, we’re gawking at this flaming pizza made by one specialty shop in Mumbai, India. Say hey to the Flaming Old Monk pizza.

Pizza by the Bay, which is located in the heart of Mumbai, offers a deliciously unusual pie that involves pouring a shot of Old Monk Rum on top and lighting it on fire. If that doesn’t sound adventurous enough for you, we don’t know what will.

The pie is like any other pizza — it includes sauce, cheese, assorted vegetables and meats like chicken and pepperoni. What makes it unique is that staff will heat up the Old Monk and flambé it right in front of you.
