Here’s the catch, because of course, you can’t just buy a $5 million property for close to nothing: you have to enter a contest to win the opportunity. The Culture Trip reports that five luxury homes on Wavi Island are up for grabs to the lucky winners.

If you win, not only do you get the house, but you’ll be flown in for two fully-paid trips to supervise the building of your home. You get to make decisions on the details of your residence down to the bathroom tiles and kitchen layout.
