This popcorn bowl is filled with scoops of Enlightened’s Movie Night flavor ice cream, which is a popcorn-flavored ice cream with chocolate bits and caramel swirls.

These popcorn bowls are made just like rice crispy treats. Once you melt down the butter and marshmallows, you mix in the popcorn and lay it all out flat on a baking sheet. Before the popcorn mixture hardens completely, you mold it around a bowl to mimic its shape.

Once the popcorn bowl is formed and cooled, you can fill it with scoops of your favorite ice cream and snacks. If you’re thinking this sounds like a gooey mess, it all depends on how quickly you plan to eat your ice cream. If you’re worried it’ll melt all over the place, make sure you have a plate underneath it so you don’t end up covered in popcorn ice cream.
