The world’s first rotating skyscraper could be coming to Dubai. David Fisher’s vision for the 1,378 feet, 80 floor building is truly spectacular.

“It’s the first building designed in four dimensions, in other words the first building that continues to change shape and never look the same,” said Fisher, an Israeli-Italian architect. “I call this building design by life, shape by time.”

Each apartment in the building will rotate independently, 360 degrees. Residents can watch the sun rise and set from the same window. They can even adjust the speed of the movement. Talk about a view.

Dynamic Tower would be the second tallest residential building in the world, just behind 432 Park Avenue in New York City. The apartments will go for as much as $30 million.

The project, which was first proposed in 2008, is expected to cost nearly $330 million.
