Dunkin’ Donuts Is Releasing A Dark Roasted Beer For The Winter Solstice
You might rely on Dunkin’ Donuts to wake you up in the morning, but now you can rely on the chain to get you buzzed?!
To celebrate the darkest day of the year — the winter solstice — Dunkin’ Donuts is releasing a dark stout made with its dark roast coffee called DDark Roasted Brew. The Massachusetts-based donut and coffee chain is partnering with Wormtown Brewery in Worcester, Massachusetts, to make this coffee-inspired beer.
The DDark Roasted Brew will be released at exactly 11:28 am ET, on December 21, exclusively at the Wormtown Brewery taproom. According to the coffee and donut chain, The limited-release brew “features full-roasted coffee flavor reminiscent of freshly-ground beans with a creamy mouthfeel.”
Back in September, to celebrate National Coffee Day, Dunkin’ released its first ever beer, brewed with actual ingredients from the coffee, called Dunkin’ Punkin Brown Ale, in a collaboration with a small craft brewer called Catawba Brewing Company.
If you’re a devoted Dunkin’ fan, you’re gonna want in.
