  • Named for the Dead Rabbits, the Irish-American street gang of 19th century New York City, The Dead Rabbit opened in 2013 from Belfast natives Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry. In 2015, The Dead Rabbit was named the best bar in the world by Tales of the Cocktail

  • In the taproom, where you can also order lunch and small plates, check out the Slim Shady (Irish whiskey, Suze, Lillet Blanc, lemon, peach, basil, and green peppercorn), and the American Hustle (rye whiskey, watermelon, pomegranate, lime, and bitters)

  • After the taproom, visit the beautiful parlor upstairs for a whopping 72 “historically accurate” cocktails from the 19th century, with names like Bad Blood, Love Shack, and Devil Woman

The Dead Rabbit has a British-Irish grocery store built in that’s open until 11pm, where you can stock up on things like HP Sauce (a malt vinegar-based brown sauce used in the UK on  anything savory), Cadbury Drinking Chocolate, and Andrew’s Liver Salts, used to relieve indigestion
